Low Season Cabin Special: November 18th -
April 14th: Book two nights and receive 1/2 off the
second night, or stay three nights and the third night
is free! This special applies to our cabins only. It cannot be combined with other
discounts and excludes the following dates:
November 23-25; December 23-January 1; February 10-14.
Regular discounts: AAA, AARP and military discounts are offered at 10%.

AMENITIES
All accommodations include fine linens, private bathrooms,
plush towels, hair dryers, bath amenities, access to irons and
ironing board, ceiling fans in the rooms and clock radio/CD
player.
Complimentary coffee and an assortment of
beverages and snacks are available from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
in our Garden Room.
Cabins include a coffeemaker.
Full breakfast for all guests is served in the lodge each
morning at 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Continental breakfast in our
Garden Room is available with advance notice for guests who are
getting an early start. Please advise us of dietary restrictions
before your arrival.
Refrigerators are available on request.
RESERVATIONS

Reservations of one or two nights
require a one-night deposit and reservations of more than
two nights require a deposit of half the entire reservation
amount. Deposits will be taken at the time of the
reservation.

Pre-approval of checks is required and
checks must be received at least two weeks prior to your
reservation.

Minimum stay requirements may apply on
weekends, holiday weekends, and for special events from May
1 to November 15.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Please let us know if you would like to arrive outside of
the normal check-in time. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. We will
honor requests for early check-ins and late check-outs when
possible.
CANCELLATIONS

A $25 cancellation fee will be charged
for cancellations made prior to seven days before the
arrival date, with the balance of the deposit refunded to
the credit card used when making your reservation

Cancellations within seven days of
arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation,
and you will receive a gift certificate, less a $25
cancellation fee, for your future use.

Early departures will be charged for
the entire reservation.
CHILDREN
Children age 12 and older are welcome at
Mountain Hearth Lodge. Please note, the maximum occupancy
allowed in our rooms and cabins is two guests. Sleeping bags or
floor mats are not permitted.
PETS
Each cabin at Mountain Hearth Lodge can
accommodate well-behaved dogs weighing 30 pounds or less. We're sorry, but dogs are not permitted in the
Lodge rooms. Dogs will be considered on an individual basis. If
accepted, a one-time pet fee of $25 per pet will be charged
upon arrival, and a pet waiver must be signed at check-in. Dogs
must be leashed at all times outdoors. Waste disposal bags are
provided for your use. Guests are responsible for any damages
caused by their pet(s).
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted indoors. We
reserve the right to charge a damage fee if it is obvious that
smoking has occurred indoors during your stay. The minimum
damage fee is $250. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and receptacles
are provided.
